About the Role

We are a Fort Lauderdale-based web design and digital services company seeking motivated students and recent graduates to join our team as Sales Interns.

This internship is ideal for students interested in sales, marketing, business development, or entrepreneurship who want real-world experience, direct client interaction, and strong earning potential.

You will learn how to approach local businesses, understand their needs, and present professional web and digital solutions while earning commission on every successful sale.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to local businesses by phone, email, and online outreach.
• Introduce our web design and digital marketing services.
• Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up conversations.
• Learn how to present solutions and close entry-level deals.
• Track leads and activity using our CRM tools.
• Work closely with senior sales and marketing staff.

Compensation & Internship Details

This is a performance-based internship with high commission per sale and uncapped earning potential.

• Commission on every closed sale.
• No limit on earnings.
• Typical interns earn $1,000-$4,000+ per month, depending on performance.
• Top performers may be offered a paid full-time position with base salary plus commission after the internship.
• The internship may be used for school credit if required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate preferred.
• Strong communication skills. English is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners.
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn sales.
• No prior sales experience required. Training is provided.
